My dryer didn't work because of the clogged vent, so I scheduled a service appointment. Mr. Mcghee arrived on time and quickly established that my dryer vent installation is wrong. Someone did very poor job on it in the past. He went an extra mile trying to fix it for me, despite this whole system must be re-built anyway sooner or later.
